• Prior Receptionist or customer service experience required
• Prior Automotive Dealership experience preferred, but not required

• Greeting customers in a friendly & professional manner
• Scheduling appointments for customers, basic computer entry and cashiering duties
• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and scheduling mobile service repairs.
• Managing pickup and delivery service for our customers.
• As a Business Development Center (BDC) Team Member, you will be an integral part of our dynamic business development team, contributing to lead generation, customer engagement, and the overall growth of the organization. This role involves proactive communication with potential clients, lead followup, and collaboration with various departments to drive successful business outcomes.
