The HGK Logistics and Intermodal combines its many years of expertise in handling specific goods with a comprehensive network of its own logistics hubs, ports, terminals, and specialized transport capacities. Based on this, it develops suitable logistics concepts, from customer-specific warehousing and contract logistics offerings to the organization of all transport and handling services in intermodal freight transport. The use of sustainable means of transport such as inland vessels or freight trains in the main run is an integral part of its DNA.
We are currently looking for a freight forwarder / dispatcher (m/f/d) for our location in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg.
Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the order processing of day-to-day business
As the first point of contact, you are in close communication with our customers and coordinate with external companies
Your tasks include determining capacities and keeping statistics
You accompany the process from order creation, through transport monitoring, to pre-invoicing of services rendered
Furthermore, you are responsible for creating loading and unloading certificates, as well as freight documents and bills of lading
General office organization, including processing incoming and outgoing mail and checking incoming and outgoing invoices, is also part of your responsibilities
Last but not least, you are also responsible for inventory management on a daily basis
