Personal Lines Account Manager in Needham, MA

Responsibilities Key Accountabilities:


  • Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration
  • Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needs.
  • Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
  • Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries
  • Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows

RequirementQualifications

  • Exceptional aptitude for customer service and nurturing long term relationships.
  • Highly accountable, resourceful, and flexible
  • Proven handson experience with an indepth understanding of Personal Lines Coverages
  • Superior presentation skills and ability to understand one's audiences.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, collecting information, asking thoughtful questions and analyzing possible solutions.
  • Preferred minimum of 12 years of insurance agency experience in an Account Manager role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM.
  • Familiarity with High-NetWorth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus.
  • Ability to have fun

$64, $70,732.00 per year
