Ubica Robotics GmbH is a young and successful spin-off of the University of Bremen. We develop, produce, and distribute autonomous scanning robots for stationary retail.


To support our team leads in the areas of hardware development and production, we are looking for a project assistant in Willmar, MN.

You will have our teams' backs and support them organizationally in achieving their goals.


Your tasks

  • You will strengthen our robot development and production team, work on product and process development projects, and support the organizational implementation:
  • You will actively participate in the planning of development and production timelines.
  • You will create flowcharts of existing processes and assist in establishing new processes and documenting them.
  • You will also support in the development of work instructions.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, organize team events, and take on other organizational and administrative tasks.

Your qualifications

  • A commercial education, for example as an industrial clerk, or comparable knowledge gained through professional experience.
  • Relevant work experience in the field.
  • A basic affinity for technology.
  • Organizational talent with a structured way of working.
  • Enjoyment of working independently in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Very good German skills and ideally good English skills.
