Bachelor or Master of Engineering in the fields of road construction, transportation, traffic system engineering, traffic planning, or equivalent qualification - Quechee, United States - Stellar Technologies
Processing as project management for complex planning and construction tasks for new construction and maintenance measures in the areas of traffic planning and technology, road construction, and strategic mobility planning
Participation in the awarding and processing of engineering and construction contracts according to HOAI and VOB
Collaboration/project management and controlling in construction projects as well as monitoring of engineering contracts
Coordination of engineering offices, external construction management, construction supervision, and other project participants
Coordination with other departments and offices of the city administration, investors, the public, and third parties
Preparation of templates for political committees and statements on various traffic matters and representation of the department in public and political committees.
Your profile:
Many years of experience in the field of client representation, project management and control in complex construction projects, as well as planning and construction management
Experience and knowledge in the areas of HOAI, VOB, and construction contract law, as well as secure handling of AutoCAD software in the planning field
Reliability, initiative, flexibility, as well as commitment, assertiveness, and decision-making ability, resilience, and teamwork
