Federal Sales Executive


What does a successful Federal Sales Executive do:
The Federal Sales Executive is responsible for sales, solutions, services, and customer experience for Federal Government agencies. The Federal Sales Executive is focused on building and managing client relationships, increasing wallet share, and driving client retention.


What you will do:


  • Deliver revenue realization and growth through the orchestration of new solution sales and successful execution of the contract renewal process and its lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain a detailed account plan and update process that communicates and links the accounts strategies, business drivers, initiatives to Fiserv solutions and outcomes
  • Expand and improve relationships with the client's executives, decision makers, influencers, and users
  • Monitor client satisfaction, facilitate improvement as needed, and regularly communicate with clients' key stakeholders in conjunction with the Relationship Management organization
  • Participate in meetings with prospects, clients, and potential partners to assist with sales and business development opportunities

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business
years successful sales experience selling into the Federal Government

  • 10+ years experience in the financial services technology industry.
  • Up to 30% travel

What would be great to have:

  • 5-10 years experience working in a matrix environment.
  • 10+ years dealing with large complex clients, and skilled and experience in contract negotiations for multimilliondollar contracts

Salary Range
$109, $232,200.00
