The ProCredit Bank in Germany is part of the ProCredit Group, which serves as the house bank for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and private clients in eleven countries in Southeast and Eastern Europe.

In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets.

Additionally, in collaboration with the teams of the respective ProCredit banks on site, we provide long-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in Southeast and Eastern Europe.

As the group's correspondent bank, we manage group treasury, foreign payments, and trade financing.

With our activities, we aim to make an active contribution to the environmentally and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

To strengthen our Business Development team, we are currently looking for a dedicated

Business Development Employee
to join our team at our Frankfurt location in a permanent position as soon as possible.

As a member of our Business Development team, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the ProCredit Bank's strategic agenda.

Your tasks will range from analyzing and researching various issues, developing content for proposed solutions, project management, and presenting your results.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your analytical skills in developing customer-oriented and practical solutions and continuously develop yourself.

You will work in a multinational team, including our colleagues from our sister banks.

Your responsibilities:

Analyzing and evaluating markets, products, processes, and technologies
Identifying business potential, creating business cases, and conceptualizing specific projects
Developing and supporting the
