Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe.

As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist with administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document patient encounters in realtime
• Accurately type and transcribe medical information, including patient history, physical examinations, and treatment plans
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information
• Assist healthcare providers with locating and retrieving medical records as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Organize and maintain medical records in a systematic manner
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing phone calls

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
