Today we are ready to Hire an Analyst to join our Operations team

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain forecast alignment with PTO schedules
Report on variances to forecast, analyze trends, and provide management with recommendations.
Manage establishment of new clients and engagements in professional services automation system
Manage contracts processing for each client and client engagement
Manage SOX processes and reporting to support the client setup process and related revenue recognition
Invoice Management
Weekly review of time and expenses for assigned clients
Reconciliation of time to budget and client expectation and systems
Proactive communication with Engagement Managers regarding budget issues, gaps regarding time entry, approvals, or contracts
Create and maintain accurate client invoices
Work with Engagement Managers and clients to ensure timely payment
Utilize available operational data (including HR, Recruiting, Sales, Finance), to develop reports and analyze data to develop forecasts, and determine trends across the business and identify opportunities for improvement
Review opportunities to improve Operations areas including identification of process improvements, use of automation, and training and communication with others.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
