Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure highquality service delivery
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to make strategic decisions for improvement

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of retail management practices
  • Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff effectively
  • Proficiency in math for stock management
  • Demonstrated administrative skills for maintaining records and reports
