Job Overview:
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure highquality service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives
- Analyze customer feedback and data to make strategic decisions for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of retail management practices
- Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff effectively
- Proficiency in math for stock management
- Demonstrated administrative skills for maintaining records and reports
