Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Human Capital Business Partners and senior managers across several business areas at the firm, providing data driven insights for all compensation decisions. Ensure all compensation decisions are aligned with the compensation philosophy of the firm.
  • Provide oversight for the yearend salary increase and bonus process, including Workday functionality and analysis of compensation decisions; ensure all business units remain in budget.
  • Evaluate pay decisions and recommendations for both base and variable pay, ensuring equity and consistency across the firm.
  • Work with Business Partners in construction/evaluation of career paths, including determining compensation ranges for positions in consideration of market data and internal alignment.
  • In collaboration with others on the Compensation team, work on cyclical processes including survey submissions, Total Reward Statements, compensation transparency efforts, internal equity analysis, survey analysis, data accuracy, and the yearend process.
  • Serve as a resource for other members of the Compensation team to ensure accuracy of work/spreadsheets.
  • Partner with Head of Compensation to support special projects including carried interest and evaluation of potential acquisitions.
  • Communicate compensation philosophy and programs to employees and managers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Stay aware of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes to inform changes to our compensation strategy.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 710 years of experience in compensation, with a strong emphasis on compensation consulting and analysis
  • Indepth knowledge of compensation principles, practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong clientfacing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong team player with the ability to execute on both strategic and tactical work
  • Experience with equity and carried interest plans a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship
Position is hybrid with expectation of 50% of working days/month in the office
