A Portfolio Community Manager reports to the Board of Directors for individual properties in a portfolio of properties.

Management of the associations includes working with property Board Members on supervision of all employees/vendors, homeowner relations, and coordination of professional services, administration, administration of maintenance and operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a property portfolio on a day to day basis.
Manage building vendors and staff.
Respond to owner and board calls and follow up.
Contact & coordinate vendors to bid out projects, oversee and manage projects through completion.
Review & approve payables as directed for each property.
Coordinate ongoing and future projects.
Prepared and attend board meetings and report management activities.
Develop budgets for properties.
Review financials for accuracy.
Inspect properties and vendor work.
Create maintenance plans for properties.
Create capital improvement budget and reserve budget.
