The PARITÄTISCHE Hamburg is a provider of the Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) and the Federal Voluntary Service (BFD). In this role, we are responsible for the pedagogical supervision of volunteers and conduct numerous educational seminars.

We are currently seeking Team Leaders (m/f/d) for seminar work on a freelance basis in the area of voluntary services BFD (Federal Voluntary Service) and FSJ (Voluntary Social Year).

Your tasks will include:

• Preparation, implementation, and followup of seminar weeks for volunteers in collaboration with fulltime employees
• Involvement of volunteers in the design of seminars
• Cooperation with speakers
• Participation in the further development of target groupspecific seminar concepts

Your qualifications:

• Experience in working with groups
• Knowledge of various methods of group work
• Understanding of group processes and the use of pedagogical methods
• Ability to work with different target and age groups, both in person and in virtual spaces
