Your tasks

In this position, you will combine your architectural and constructive expertise with versatile planning skills and perspectives. You will be responsible for the technically demanding processing of all phases within object planning.

Thanks to your CAD experience as a BIM architect, civil engineer, or construction draftsman/designer (m/f/d), you will have a comprehensive understanding of constructive relationships and independently handle the complete representation of technically demanding tasks in object planning.

Creating 3D models and providing specific data will excite you, as well as using the BIM method. If suitable, you will have the opportunity to further your education as a BIM coordinator or BIM manager (m/f/d).

Your profile

As an ideal candidate (m/f/d), you have completed training as a construction draftsman (m/f/d) in building construction or have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering (university/college of applied sciences/dual university) and have some professional experience.

You enjoy working independently in a well-coordinated team and are committed to digital tasks in terms of future-oriented organization. Ideally, you already have experience in tendering (e.g. iTWO) and have relevant knowledge in the field of CAD (e.g. Speedikon / MicroStation / Revit / BIM).
