Description
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our thriving promotional product company. This is NOT a call center. This position will act as a client liaison, personally assisting clients with ideas and solutions to their product needs.The Customer Service Representative will monitor projects from start to finish and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
CSR will maintain customer and vendor contact, confirming pricing and order details, and make sure custom-made product is produced and shipped on time.
This is a part time position: 24 hours per week, 3 days, 8 hour daily work schedule.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Provide pricing and product details
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow project procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Place purchase orders and obtain pricing from vendors
- Artwork proof creation
- Ensure orders are produced and shipped correctly and on time
- Processing and shipping orders
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a professional office environment is required to be considered for this position:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- General computer skills (MS Office, basic Quickbooks)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus but not required, training will be provided as needed
