    We're on the hunt for experienced professionals who can help us scale, are you interested? Job DescriptionAs a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our electronic and mechanical products.

    You are a professional QC Engineer with at least 3 years of experience with circuits and electronic subassemblies. You bring a catalog of best practices and maybe some international contract manufacturing experience. You are ready to put that knowledge to work with a growing company. This is an amazing opportunity to help grow our market share and stretch yourself professionally. If you are ready to help us take the hill - let's talk Some of the stuff you'll be working on: Assisting in the establishment of QC processes and the implementation of tools that will help us grow Managing our capacity improvement efforts, implementing test programs and equipment at our manufacturing facilities in Mexico - helping our CM partners produce great results Driving yield improvements through ongoing repair and failure analysis Maintaining required quality levels and on-time delivery of products, including training contract manufacturing partners Leading quality review meetings and providing design improvement feedback Building and maintaining relationships with our contract manufacturing partners Writing and maintaining internal CM test procedures to ensure proper function and ongoing operation of test equipment Traveling as-needed to our CM partners to work with them and implement new programs, tools and processesQualificationsWhat we think you'll need to have: BSEE and 3+ years of experience in electro/mechanical product testing
    • ASQ and CQE certifications will get our attention Demonstrated knowledge of QC applications for hardware products Understanding of AC/DC power supply design and electronic literacy bonus points for analog knowledge Exceptional communication skills converse respectfully with non technical audiences Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis software Commitment to work in a collaborative, transparent, and structured methodology as part of our team Valid passport and the ability to travel up to 25% Additional InformationAnd you can count on: Salary $80,000 $110,000 and a nice suite of benefits A professional team of innovators to spend your days with The opportunity to scale a company in a growth industry Goldstone Partners is helping this experienced team find an energetic professional who wants to be part of something big Applicants welcomed from US Citizens and individuals holding a valid Green Card.
