    CEI Engineering is seeking a Parks and Trails Division Project Manager for the Bentonvile, Arkansas office to effectively lead the design and construction of parks, trails, and landscape projects in and around the Northwest Arkansas area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and managing innovative and sustainable parks and trails projects, enjoy cultivating and expanding business development opportunities, and is a dynamic leader who can inspire team members to provide outstanding services and project outcomes to our clients. Experience working with federal, state, and local government agencies and community associations, and knowledge of grant opportunities and additional funding sources for client projects is plus.


    Key Responsibilities

    -Manage Parks, Trails, and Landscape projects by creating scope and budgets, directing the design, and coordinating work with other staff and design team members.

    -Be a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local government officials.

    Review project design aspects including layouts, grading plans, stormwater management, water quality practices, and utilities.

    Review work products, quality control, and budgeting.


    Key Requirements

    -Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent training/ experience.

    -L.A. or P.E. license.

    -At least 3 years of experience in land/ site development with experience in site planning, utilities, drainage, quality control, and site entitlement.

    -Working knowledge of AutoCAD/ Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    -Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

    -Strong sense of personal initiative and drive to exceed client expectations.

    -Valid Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and ability to occasionally travel overnight.


    Preferred Requirements

    An ideal candidate would have at least six years of strong LA project management experience with successful outcomes and an aptitude for detailed designs, effectively solving problems no matter how great the challenge is, with the client in mind. The person also wants to enhance the quality of life of communities and people where they live and serve.
