Work Location:
This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).

Essential Functions:

Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
May work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

Experience with Java development in an Agile environment
Test code in local environments
Work with software testers to help explain implementation and write test scripts.

Desired:

Experience with Prime faces
Experience with Spring
Work with stakeholders and sprint demos to get feedback on sprint results.
Work with stakeholders at backlog grooming sessions to understand and prioritize stories.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

0 to 3 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description and a BA/BS degree, OR an AA/AS degree with 7+ years experience, OR HS 9+ years of experience.
