The Front of House Team Leader ensures we are pursuing excellence in every area of operations to "Inspire, Motivate & Serve" our guests and team members by first exemplifying this within themselves.

The team leader will assist Managers to operationally run a smooth shift without compromising the guest experience.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Required to train in service positions, including cashier, host and drive thru
  • Assist in supporting all aspects of their work area including working with managers and directors to ensure all areas are functioning properly
  • Continuously train, coach and mentor team members to build a culture of learning and growth
  • Able to command the floor in Manager's absence
  • Lead the team in keeping the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Able to keep team focused and hold team accountable
  • Able to assess bottlenecks and operational issues and coordinates with Sr. Leadership
  • Engage FOH staff with purpose driven competitions and personalization of orders
  • Establish communication and accountability lines to FOH team to ensure an excellent front counter and drive thru experience with
    unmatchable hospitality:
  • Help create a team atmosphere amongst front and kitchen and reinforce a positive atmosphere in the midst of busy times
  • Maintain cash accountability by counting drawers and verifying safe

Expectations:


  • Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Embodies a growth mindset focused on accuracy, followthrough, and urgency
  • Must be able to problem solve using critical thinking skills and appropriate resources
  • Offer and receive peertopeer coaching and accountability to continually improve the business, with key emphasis on operations
  • Successfully communicates all systems, procedures and processes to team members
  • Must work a minimum of 45 hours per week
  • Embodies the restaurants vision of "Inspire, Motivate & Serve"
