    The Role
    As a Client Services Manager, you will be the bridge between our groundbreaking testing services and our valued clients. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for customer satisfaction will ensure that clients receive the best support throughout their journey with us.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
    Proven experience in client services, preferably in a medical or laboratory setting.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and lead a team effectively.
    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
    Familiarity with saliva testing or medical testing processes is a plus.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    Passionate about delivering top-notch service and contributing to advancements in healthcare.
