Job Summary:
Perform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination and audit of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
1: Job File Coordination
- Monitor job file status
- Monitor job file audits status
- Maintain job file WIPs
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
- Review and validate initial field documentation
- Create preliminary estimates
- Perform daily job file coordination
- Perform job file backup
- Maintain internal communications
- Maintain external communications
- Prepare job file reports
- Complete and review job file documentations for uploads and audit process
Pay:
$55, $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Hauppauge, NY 11788: Relocate before starting work (required)
