Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers through various sales techniques, including door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct solar assessments and provide customized solar solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and assist them in understanding the financial incentives available.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination from sale through installation and post-installation support.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
