At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Engineer for Climate Protection and Sustainability (m/f/d) at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the locations Frankfurt (Main), Saarbrücken, Fulda, Kassel and Koblenz

Your tasks:

You will take on project management and project processing in the context of environmental planning projects with a focus on climate protection and sustainability
You will be responsible for building and developing the Climate Protection and Sustainability portfolio in the Environmental & Geo-Service department of the Central region
Your main tasks include creating climate protection and sustainability concepts as well as carbon footprints within our planning - life cycle assessment, from planning and project design to construction/renovation and operation to dismantling
The core of your work is also providing support for the climate protection topic in Landscape Conservation Plans (LBP), environmental screenings, EIA reports, species protection expert reports, Natura 2000 preliminary and compatibility assessments, as well as Water Framework Directive (WFD) expert reports
You will advise clients on specialist climate protection issues and further on financing and implementation of planning/construction measures, and you will also be responsible for public relations in coordination with our clients
In addition to taking on sales activities, you will act as a liaison to other planning disciplines (also across locations) and support management in technical issues related to climate protection and sustainability Your profile
