YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are passionate about the event business and develop sustainable solutions to inspire your employees, customers, and network.

You will have full responsibility for the revenue and results of the B2C trade shows you are responsible for: Grüne Woche (IGW), Boot & Fun, Bazaar Berlin, as well as the activities of European Green Exhibitions GmbH (E.G.E.) and Messe- und Ausstellungszentrum Mühlengeez GmbH (MAZ).

You will focus on the following tasks with passion and make a significant contribution to the success of the business unit:

Responsibility for the strategic conception and successful implementation of B2C trade shows in the "Life Sciences" business unit and other assigned events of the company by the respective trade show teams, including budget and result responsibility, event management, and marketing activities for acquiring new customers and developing existing ones
Optimization of capacity and processes in your own business unit, as well as exchange, learning, knowledge management, and moderation of best practice sharing both within your own area and across departments
Networking with relevant ministries, institutions, and associations nationwide and internationally
