- Oversee Pediatric Field RNs to ensure quality patient care delivery.
- Update and maintain current policies/forms related to pediatric care.
- Provide direction and support to nursing staff in accordance with company protocols.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of RNs in the field, with occasional travel required.
- Collaborate with management to address any issues or concerns within the pediatric department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
- Valid NYS RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel periodically for field evaluations.
