Job Description

Summary: Seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to ensure precision and compliance in the receiving inspection department using advanced measuring tools and techniques.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in documentation and data entry.
Skilled in the use of common measuring devices such as Calipers, Radius Gages, Micrometers, Optical Comparators, Deltronic Pins, and Vision Systems.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word.

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Familiar with reviewing assembly/test documentation for traceability in accordance with internal procedures.
Experience inspecting to IPC-J-STD-001 Space Addendum and/or NASA standards.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Job Responsibilities:

Obtain certification in relevant workmanship standards as necessary.
Review and interpret engineering drawings.
Create non-conformance reports based on inspection findings.
Enter inspection data accurately into the inspection database.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail during prolonged inspection tasks.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
