    Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Solutions Engineer:

    They will have a crucial part in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow Configuration Management Database solutions tailored to meet clients' specific business requirements.

    This position demands a thorough grasp of IT asset management, configuration management, and ServiceNow platform functionalities. The CMDB Solution Engineer ensures that ServiceNow Application and Service portfolios' configuration management is uniform and enduring.

    We seek a proactive individual to join us as a ServiceNow CMDB expert, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing ServiceNow support, training, and guidance to leadership, business partners, and internal teams.

    Required Skills for the ServiceNow Solutions Engineer:5+ years of ServiceNow experience required
    4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB designing and implementation experience
    1+ years of management experience
    Expert knowledge of ITOM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB, SACM
