- The first 3 weeks will focus on training, obtaining ServeSafe Food Handler and TIPs certifications, and getting oriented into our company culture/operating guidelines.
- Upon restaurant opening, responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Pre-setting the bar
- Prepare and serve beverages in a timely manner & in accordance to the recipe specifications
- Receive and process payment through POS terminal
- Maintaining side work stations
- Clearing and storing equipment in its proper place at the end of each shift
- Must be able to handle guests requests courteously and work a flexible schedule with professionalism and respect
- You are the key member making a mark on our guest experience by making them feel welcomed, comfortable and attended to

Notice of training period:
For the initial 3 weeks of employment, while restaurant is fully operational, all employees will be compensated at $15.00/hour as they will be performing non-tipped work.
Upon the opening of the restaurant, employees will be compensated for their tipped role, with all non-tipped work being compensated at the state's minimum wage.
