Consulting and attesting to internal controls and technology to enable their business growth is a focus of this dynamic group.

    We are looking for Managers with experience contributing to and leading process redesign, technology implementation, and organization change projects while building strong relationships with client peers.

    Our Managers work directly with clients and play an important role in leading projects, contributing to the success of our projects, and get a wide range of experiences and executive exposure

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing high-quality business process, technology, and organizational improvement solutions
  • Experience in leading efforts related to process redesign, workflow development, procedure development, and written client presentation development. Experience with software selection and implementation is helpful
  • Ability to lead team members and individually document and analyze client business processes, and develop recommendations to solve business issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential
  • The ability to demonstrate a highly professional image to our clients, and develop strong client relationships
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous consulting experience is required, although internal operations improvement within specific industries will also be considered
  • BS in Business (required) or MBA is strongly preferred

  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition or redesign business processes to achieve organizational and project objectives
  • Participate in and document fact-finding meetings with subject-matter experts; develop and recommend changes to current business practices; develop process and procedure documentation
  • Lead the vision creation, evaluation, and implementation business process, automation and change management solutions
  • Implement operations and technology solutions by leading the team to develop recommendations, define the elements of the implementation; track action items; conduct design and implementation reviews; research and resolve issues; escalate issues to appropriate authority; follow production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards
  • Manage and communicate project status and open issues; prepare reports; identify, manage, and resolve issues; track and manage project budgets
  • Develop and conduct end-user training; map terminology and procedures to client's operating environment
  • Prepare for and conduct procedure or process training sessions'
  • Experience:

  • Healthcare: 4 years (Required) or
  • Property & Casualty Insurance: 4 years (Required)
  • Willingness to travel:

  • Up to 70% (Required)
