Description

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to support our omnichannel business operations.

You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of data and processes across all integrated platforms, including Shopify and Celigo.

This job can be onsite (in Windsor, VT or Oakland, MD) or can be remote with frequent travel to all locations (25% travel).


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • NetSuite Configuration and Customization
  • Manage and maintain NetSuite ERP system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to support business needs
  • Customize forms, fields, workflows, and reports to optimize system usability and efficiency in accounting, manufacturing and distribution processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement NetSuite functionalities such as workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Implement enhancements and upgrades as needed to keep the system uptodate and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices to recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Integration Management:
  • Monitor data flows and troubleshoot any integration issues to ensure seamless communication between platforms.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new integrations and improve existing ones to support business growth and efficiency.
  • User Support and Training
  • Provide technical support to endusers, troubleshoot and address any NetSuiterelated inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and workflows to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite capabilities
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes, procedures, and user guides.
  • Data Management and Security
  • Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity within NetSuite.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols and access controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • System Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct regular audits and health checks to proactively identify and resolve any system issues or inconsistencies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality, configuration, and customization capabilities and NetSuite ERP modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing
  • Handson experience with NetSuite configurations, customizations, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Handson experience with Celigo integration solutions and Shopify platform is highly desirable. (Monitoring data flows for performance + errors, knowledge of the apps configurations, mapping setup tools, connections & scheduling)
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
  • NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP, and/or SuiteFoundation Certification is a plus.

This position will require regular on-site representation in Windsor, Vermont and Oakland, Maryland.
