Your job will be to provide the highest level of service to high-profile clients in accordance with company values and policies.


Envisioned responsibilities and skillset:


  • Taking reservations for travel
  • Receiving and placing phone calls
  • Flight verification
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships
  • Data entry, Internet browsing and use of various software programs
  • Basic Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel & Word)
  • Dispatching and scheduling trips

Qualifications:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and diplomacy
  • Multitasking capability
  • Detail oriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
