Your job will be to provide the highest level of service to high-profile clients in accordance with company values and policies.
Envisioned responsibilities and skillset:
- Taking reservations for travel
- Receiving and placing phone calls
- Flight verification
- Maintaining solid customer relationships
- Data entry, Internet browsing and use of various software programs
- Basic Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel & Word)
- Dispatching and scheduling trips
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and diplomacy
- Multitasking capability
- Detail oriented
