Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of people analytics concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and objectives.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources using SQL.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key HR metrics and trends.
- Conduct adhoc analyses to uncover insights and trends related to workforce demographics, employee engagement, retention, and talent management.
- Provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders based on datadriven insights.
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and data visualization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on people analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
Pay:
$ $60.00 per hour
