Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of people analytics concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and objectives.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources using SQL.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key HR metrics and trends.
  • Conduct adhoc analyses to uncover insights and trends related to workforce demographics, employee engagement, retention, and talent management.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders based on datadriven insights.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and data visualization.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on people analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.

Pay:
$ $60.00 per hour
