What does a Production Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In the production plant of Coca-Cola products, the Supervisor oversees and supervises the production operation for the facility per best practice policies and guidelines.

The production environment is operational 24/7 so the supervisor is a key team leader.

The opportunity to train, equip, hire and develop team members and motivate them to do their best is very influential and rewarding when working in the fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality and accuracy of production operations, including accurate documentation.
Schedule production team members to meet the demands of the facility, within budgeted headcount
Oversee cleaning and sanitation of production areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Provide training and coaching while leading by example

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
Trade School certified preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred
3+ years manufacturing experience required (beverage/food preferred).
2+ years supervising manufacturing staff required.
Work experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP's preferred
Financial budgeting experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Proficient with CONA/SAP preferred
Ability to work weekend rotation, as directed by the business
