Maintenance Technician I - Homerville, United States - CLINCH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Description
Responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of all properties owned and operated by the hospital; this includes corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance some of which may include HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Participates in performance improvement and Quality Management System activities.Regulatory Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Five years of general building maintenance experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Course work or other trades training and/or certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
