    The Role
    An exciting opportunity awaits for a Senior Process Engineer poised to spearhead technological breakthroughs in battery materials and energy storage

    In this role, the primary objective is to refine manufacturing techniques tailored specifically for Si/C composite materials.

    A suitable candidate will have the ability to seamlessly scale up operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure cost-effectiveness, with a focus on advancing chemical vapor deposition coatings.

    Proficiency in PVD, CVD, and PECVD deposition technologies is advantageous. Collaboration with materials engineers to incorporate innovative materials into existing manufacturing processes is imperative.

    Requirements & Preferred Skills
    Advanced Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
    A strong understand of CVD and Silicon Anode technology.

    Responsibilities
    Lead the development of battery anode electrodes and processes for next-generation, high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries.
    Deploy the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) method to meticulously apply high-quality coatings to Si/C composites. Tailor and optimize CVD processes to pinpoint ideal deposition parameters and analyze coating performance, continuously refining the process.
    Innovate and evaluate novel silicon-carbon composite materials through laboratory-scale experimentation.
    Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to streamline production scale-up.
    Assess electrode performance, establishing connections with materials and process parameters, and driving optimization to meet cell performance specifications.
    Showcase proven interpersonal skills and successful collaboration across all organizational levels.
    Communicate effectively with management at all tiers, integrating diverse ideas into cohesive solutions.
