Title:
Director, Shoot and Print Production


Location:
New York, NY


Primary Purpose:

This role will be responsible for providing specialized knowledge and expertise needed to translate a creative concept into photography, video, audio, or illustrated artwork.

Direct the shoot production team and oversee workflow, quality control, budgets, and execution of all campaigns, and monthly shoots in Coach.

This includes all global advertising, PR, collateral, and digital projects.

  • Oversee the production of photoshoots, ensuring they align with Coach's brand identity and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop a comprehensive production strategy that supports Coach's brand positioning, marketing objectives, and content pillars, and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage relationships with all outside talent and their representatives as required for still and moving image production (photographers, directors, illustrators, models, etc.) for collateral, digital channels, PR, and advertising.
  • Coordinate and track merchandise for all creative executions.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive production budgets for print and shoot projects, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage all production relationships with outside vendors, secure pricing, timing, continuity & loyalty to the Coach aesthetic.
  • Manage location scouting, permitting, and logistics for onlocation shoots.
  • Work with international offices to ensure local production is consistent with the company principles and attention to quality.
  • Work with internal and external partners in securing vendors, products, and services needed to fulfill projects internationally.
  • Work closely with Project Management and Studio Operations, to ensure all projects are expedited through the process. This includes but is not limited to, production schedules and delivery due dates, estimates, and tracking of projects and costs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
  • Drive efficiencies and best practices across the full ecosystem of branded content, whether developed inhouse, by community members, or in partnership with agencies and external partners.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in print production, and photoshoot management within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Managerial experience is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering highquality print and visual content on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • International experience beneficial.
  • Strong problemsolving skills required.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a fastpaced environment.
