We are seeking a
Production Controller
1 to support operations in our
Oxnard, CA location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to inventory control, kitting, parts cleaning and shipping where required.

  • Detect stock shortage by maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Perform physical count of inventory and perform reconciliation with actual available stock.
  • Identify and distribute stock to appropriate locations within and out of the company premises.
  • Maintain stock rotation and ensure disposing off of any outdated or expired stock.
  • Maintains schedules for material requirements and availability for the manufacture of industrial and commercial products to support production control.
  • Compiles records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock or inventory, and/or in production. Expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.
  • Assists in determining possible and actual shortages may initiate action to correct these deficiencies. Uses knowledge of production, procurement, and engineering departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action.
  • Estimates and logs production rate and time expenditures and may be required to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
  • Coats surface of parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective or decorative materials such as paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, dope, or stain using spray gun.
  • Selects and mixes coating material; coats areas inaccessible to hand sprayer using brush or roller.
  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 0 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Must understand the tools, equipment, prep, painting and layout procedures and work without supervision

Salary Range:
$34,500 - $57,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
