(Junior) Purchaser* / Supplier Management

YOUR TASKS WITH US:

  • Responsibility for demand determination, order processing, delivery date tracking, invoice verification, as well as handling of complaints and returns
  • Supplier management, such as preparation and follow-up of supplier meetings, negotiation, implementation and review of supplier agreements, supplier qualifications / evaluations and monitoring, as well as planning of supplier audits
  • Further development of purchasing processes and optimization of costs
  • Maintenance of master data for suppliers and products in the ERP system
  • Communication / collaboration with internal departments (especially the quality management department) and suppliers

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable education
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant certification in purchasing and supplier management desirable
  • Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and cooperative collaboration with other
