Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and handle daytoday work tickets for various building repairs.
  • Looking for experience in general building repairs and operations including
painting, drywall, framing, plumbing, electrical and roofing. The final pay will

depend on the overall experience of the tech.


REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • 26 Years of documented work experience in the below trades and industry.
  • Use of personal vehicles with a good driving record and valid California driver's
license.

  • Provide and use your own tools to complete all job tasks. Specialty tools will be
provided based on project needs.

  • Preferred operational knowledge of building systems such as Mechanical, Electrical
and Plumbing.

  • Ability to use company provided cell phone for clocking in and out along with
completing work orders through our work ticket system.

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to identify issues and determine best plan for the repairs
that are needed.

  • Use and be responsible for a company provides AMEX and turn in all company
purchase receipts same day.

  • Excellent ability to work with a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of all power tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be

met by an Employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing,
bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light-to-heavy

weight material/equipment), climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on

rooftops.

  • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate smallmotorized equipment
(i.e., repetitive hand/wrist, griping and elbow motion).

  • Must have normal range of hearing, vision, color discrimination, and depth
perception for proper operation and repair of machines, wiring, and

equipment.

  • Must be able to complete tasks wearing appropriate safety equipment (i.e.,
back belts, goggles, masks, gloves, etc.).

  • Standing up for 89 hours
  • Capable of lifting 65 lbs

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • Inperson
  • Outdoor work

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Diego, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
