Position Summary

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing roles like marketing manager, brand manager, or marketing specialist.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience in a business office setting.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Content creation: Ability to develop content that attracts visitors to the company and its website.
• Marketing data analysis: Experience in analyzing data from various sources like A/B testing, conversion rates, and campaign results.
• Google Analytics: Working knowledge of this popular web analytics platform.
• Tech savviness: Comfortable using and adapting to new marketing technologies and platforms.
• Bonus points: Basic graphic design skills.

Communication and Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Professional demeanor and communication style.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

What We Offer for You

• This is a fulltime position.
• The starting rate of pay range is $65,000$70,000 DOE.
• We offer health benefits and paid time off.
• Our general hours of operations are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• May require occasional weekend work.
• Occasional travel may be required.
