- Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in structural design and rehabilitation
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, preferably in Arkansas or can obtain immediately
- Proficiency with MicroStation, Microsoft Office Software, and a variety of structural engineering analysis and design software
- AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications experience designing transportation structures
- Responsible for business development, production, and staffing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be self-directed yet a team player, and have focus on quality, integrity and success
- ARDOT bridge design experience, is a plus
