Casa Sanchez is a manufacturer distributor of Fresh salsa, chips and other Foods Company.

Looking for people oriented, reliable, energetic, self-starter to promote our product in Northern California grocery stores, restaurants, and other designated customers.

Our key importance is to make and keep all customers very happy.


Basic Function

Support the Route Sales Reps by maximizing shelf space, re-stocking shelves, rotating product, selling and setting up displays, and managing back-stock.

Sales and customer relation skills are critical for this position.

• Build a strong relationship with all customers
• Communicate with department managers, drivers, company supervisors at all times
• Look for opportunities to sell more through displays and promotions
• Monitoring slow sellers
• Make sure each store has the correct space for our products
• Make sure the right products are in the correct stores
• Notify any discrepancy with any customer to the sales team.
• Work with RSRs
• Relief Route Salel Rep when sick/vacation
• Great customer service
• Loads/unloads products, material, supplies, and/or equipment to/from truck as needed.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines, etc.
• Detects and eliminates or minimizes safety hazards
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures
• Properly and accurately documents warehouse records and transactions
• Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from backup locations as needed
• Participates in quality improvement efforts

Minimum Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License, Class C License and Proof of Insurance
• Clean DMV Record (supply H6)
• Flexible work schedule could start as early as 4:00 am and some weekends
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Versatility, flexible and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bilingual Spanish / English not required but a plus

Pay:
$21.00 per hour
