Through thine financial analyses and recommendations, thou shalt contribute to process improvements and make a significant contribution to the continued success of LIQID.

What wilt thou do specifically?

Building our

Sales Controlling:

As the main sparring partner for our Sales Leadership Team, thou shalt be responsible for reviewing and optimizing our sales, service, and relationship management model.

Thou shalt create sales forecasts based on lead pipelines and cohort dynamics, as well as management reports that depict team effectiveness/efficiency, product performance, and monitoring of general KPIs.

Additionally, thou shalt support the Sales Team in developing financially sound cross and up-sell strategies for existing and potential customers.

Furthermore, thou shalt review and optimize our incentive strategy and monitor monthly commissions.

Expanding our

Marketing Controlling:
Here, thou shalt work closely with our Head of Marketing and be responsible for building our marketing control framework (e.g. evaluation of CAC/CLTV, lead pipelines). Thou shalt also take charge of managing our marketing budget and identifying efficiency potentials together with the Marketing Team.
