You will be responsible for planning and implementing technical building equipment systems for new construction and renovation projects in the field of building services engineering, according to cost groups 410, 420, 430, and 470 according to DIN 276.

Accompanying external planning partners while considering our hospital standards.

Participation in decision-making proposals, inventory analyses, feasibility studies, and coordination with authorities, architects, specialist planners, and executing companies.

Participation in the development of energy concepts for the two properties in cooperation with the Office for Environmental Protection of the City
