We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and remain calm under pressure. If you can handle a fast-paced environment with a smile, you might be the one we're looking for!

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (experience-dependent)

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, paid time off, 401k matching

Work Hours: Full-time; Monday to Friday, occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of call answering experience, experience in service industry preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Familiarity with sales area or map reading
Energetic with strong interpersonal skills
Clear communication in English, both verbally and written
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Pass background check and drug screening

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency in iOS, Android, and Windows OS
Experience in project or process management
Scheduling experience for technicians and installers
Knowledge of dispatching software like Service Titan, Field Edge, ESC, or dEsco
