- Take ownership of resolving escalated customer issues.
- Respond to all incoming warranty requests per standard procedures.
- Troubleshoot construction issues, determine warranty coverage, and communicate with customers.
- Schedule all punchout and repair jobs for the communities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all warranty related communications.
- Provide accurate and timely information to Director on progress and scopes of warranty work.
- Lead the administrative process for managing and reporting warranty claims.
- Implement production, productivity, quality, customer service standards.
- Daily travel obligation across the Regions.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service mindset and demeanor, including excellent phone and general office skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Aptitude to quickly acquire required industry software proficiency.
- Hands-on with shell construction, slab masonry, frame masonry.
- Must be mechanically inclined and able to handle multiple competing requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or business preferred.
- A track record of exception performance in fast-paced high-growth environments.
