YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the technical building equipment (TGA) - including systems in the areas of heating, plumbing, and air conditioning
  • Regular maintenance and upkeep
  • Independent troubleshooting and optimization of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems
  • Documentation of work performed using a mobile device
  • Point of contact for the client

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Training as a central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer / heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic
