Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Arrange site quality compliance procedures, manuals, and reports.
  • Supervisor inspections, surveys, reports, and documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required documents.
  • Evaluate the qualifications of the employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to the QA/QC Management System through periodic audits.
  • Prepare and submit accurate compliance status reports.
  • Maintain all welding/compliance documents ensuring they are up to date.
  • Ensure required testing data, and that documentation is in place and readily accessible.
  • Maintain, plan, and schedule all ongoing certifications, training, and various compliancerelated documentation in correspondence with the Safety Manager and QA Manager.
  • Manage outsourced calibrations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Clean background with the ability to receive clearance to work in shipyards.
  • Experience with meeting minutes, spreadsheets, document organization, and electronic filing.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite and Adobe PDF.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must have good multitasking skills.
  • Possesses a growth mindset, is trainable, and open to new skills.
  • Trustworthy, professional, and reliable
  • Must be very safety conscious and dedicated to doing a good job.
