    Role: Senior Electrical Engineer

    Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000

    Location: Los Angeles, California, USA

    Daksta are currently partnered with a top architectural and engineering firm currently experiencing rapid growth through the combination of strategic acquisitions and partnerships with the worlds leading Life Science firms. Working on the largest and most technologically advanced facilities.

    As a result, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Los Angeles, California, USA office. This will be an exciting opportunity suitable to those looking to expand their knowledge and responsibilities, work on exciting projects and bring through the next generation of engineers.

    Roles and responsibilities include:

    • Building system concepts and documentation process from schematics through construction administration
    • Act as Project Discipline Team Leader on large, complex projects
    • Preparing and monitoring project status reports
    • Liaise with Discipline Lead to prepare project Man-hour estimates
    • Mentor and support junior engineers

    A successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

    • 6+ years' experience in architectural/engineering industry
    • Proven experience on life science/pharmaceutical projects
    • Experience in power distribution, fire alarm, lighting and controls, specification writing and editing
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    • PE Licence
    • Ability to travel to and from project sites.
