    We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer.

    The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to travel as needed.


    Compensation and Benefits:
    Approximate Base Salary - $90k-$130k based on experience.
    Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rateCompetitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
    Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change)401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee ContributionQualificationsBS in Electrical Power engineering or related fieldPE license in Electrical Engineering (licensed for at least 3 years)

    Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical designExperience with AutoCADKnowledge of Title-24 Part 6 California Energy Conservation CodeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:

    Experience with REVITExperience with multi-family, commercial, institutional, and higher education projectsExperience with OSHPD/HCAiExperience with SKM and/or ETAP programsExperience with PVsyst softwareProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe/Bluebeam software.

    Project Management experienceStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management, supervisory, and people skills.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Perform project management duties for various MEP design projects.
    Prepare design tasks assigned by department manager.
    Perform complete construction documents, including drawings, power system studies, and specifications.

    Perform and supervise the execution of designs, including medium and low voltage AC, DC, single line diagrams, electrical plans, and equipment layout.

    Perform and supervise the execution of both interior and exterior lighting design and calculate footcandle to ensure lighting design meets IESNA requirements.

    Participate in meetings with clients and provide engineering support through design and construction phases including responding to AHJ comments, shop drawing review, and responding to RFI's.

    Review of deliverables, including QA/QC through design and construction.
    Attend site visits as necessary.
    Serve as a technical resource to internal staff.

    Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.
